the Group CEO and is also the CEO and a co-founder of Absolute Systems. He is
responsible for the strategic direction and day to day management of the Ciartech Group

bank which was launched in 2021. Bank Zero is the owner of certain card payment patents,
with issued patents in the USA and Europe.
David has a wealth of senior management expertise, which he has acquired as company director for various organisations over the past 30 years and is board member of a number of companies incorporated in the UK, Ireland and South Africa. He is a graduate of the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, where he obtained a Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree.
