THE FOUNDER
Cognadev was established as a consulting company in 1992. The founder, Dr Maretha Prinsloo, initially focused the business in the direction of specialist assessment and development products for the corporate and tertiary educational environments. The business has, however, evolved into a specialist consulting firm that offers training, assessment and consultation in the areas of organisational change, transformation and HR solutions.
